For the month of February we saw 7 Residential closings, each with an average price of $149,600. There were 4 Vacant Land Sales and 1 Commercial Property sale for the month of February.
Pending Sales are down -72.7 from February of 2012 for a total of 3… Still likely a factor of this might be due to a smaller current inventory not offering as many bank owned listings as in 2012.
February saw 14 new listings, an increase of 10 from the previous month. There are still more listings have been coming on as of now anyways – 3-19-13. In February there were appr. 105 properties listed for sale, up 5 from January. This is the 2nd largest inventory in Coos County, second to Coos Bay.
